I ordered a pair of shoes online and I received the shoes with one pair being smaller than the other even though the manufacturer size is right. I filed for an exchange the courier was very late and they refused to give a an exchange after 2weeks of constant calling the customer service to give me an update. I talked to the manager and he/she said they would provide me with another pair instead and it didn't happen all they said "were sorry we cant help you" all the time. WARNING!!! I ... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ORDER ONLINE THEY'LL GIVE YOU HEADACHE AND WASTE YOUR TIME, EVEN IF YOUR RIGHT THEY WILL NOT FULLFILL YOUR REQUEST !!!
